The FDS6299S from Fairchild Semiconductor, now part of ON Semiconductor, is a dual N-channel MOSFET that delivers high performance in power management applications. With its compact DFN package, it is ideal for space-constrained designs, while its dual N-channel feature allows for seamless high-side and low-side switching tasks within a circuit. Operating with a maximum drain-source voltage of around 30 volts, it is suitable for a wide range of low to moderate voltage applications. Its capability to handle moderate to high drain current levels, combined with its low on-state resistance, ensures efficient power management and minimal power loss during switching
