UC2825AN

The UC2825AN is a high-performance PWM controller designed for use in push-pull, current-fed, and half-bridge power supplies. With a frequency range of 10kHz to 500kHz, it offers flexibility in designing power supplies for different requirements.The UC2825AN includes a precision voltage reference, an error amplifier, a pulse-width modulation comparator, and a driver for external power devices. It also has built-in protection features such as overcurrent protection, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown to ensure safe operation of the power supply.This PWM controller has a maximum duty cycle of 50% and can provide a constant frequency operation at all duty cycles, making it ideal for high-efficiency power supplies.
