The TPS2066D power-distribution switch is specifically crafted for applications that encounter heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits. Equipped with 70-mΩ N-channel MOSFET power switches, this device is perfect for power-distribution systems that require multiple switches in a single package. Controlled by a logic enable input, each switch benefits from gate drive managed by an internal charge pump, ensuring minimal current surges during switching. With no external components required, the charge pump enables operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V
