Overview of TLE6250G
The TLE6250G is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed for automotive and industrial applications. It operates at data rates up to 1 Mbps and can interface with microcontrollers via a serial peripheral interface (SPI). The TLE6250G has a wide input voltage range of 5 V to 20 V and features various protective functions such as thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection.This CAN transceiver is also equipped with a low-power sleep mode to conserve energy when the CAN bus is inactive. The TLE6250G is designed to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry, including ESD protection up to ±8 kV. It is housed in a small PG-DSO-8 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
