The NX5P3290UKZ is a high-voltage, half-bridge power MOSFET driver IC designed for automotive and industrial applications. It features a dual independent high-side and low-side driver with integrated bootstrap diodes, making it well-suited for driving N-channel power MOSFETs in half-bridge configurations.The NX5P3290UKZ is capable of operating with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, making it compatible with a wide range of automotive and industrial power systems. It has a maximum peak output current of 3A and a peak source/sink current of 1.5A, allowing for efficient and reliable driving of high-power MOSFETs.Other key features of the NX5P3290UKZ include a 4.5ns propagation delay and a 1.5ns rise/fall time, ensuring fast and accurate switching of MOSFETs. It also has integrated shoot-through protection to prevent damage to the MOSFETs in case of a short circuit.
