The NCP51199 is a linear regulator designed to meet this requirement by supplying a regulated VTT termination voltage for DDR-2 and DDR-3 systems. With its ability to actively source or sink peak currents of up to 2A (DDR-2) and 1.5A (DDR-3), the regulator maintains an output voltage tolerance of +/-10mV while tracking VDDQ2 through two external voltage divider resistors connected to PVCC, GND, and VREF pins
