LM2576HVSX-ADJ

The LM2576HVSX-ADJ is a monolithic integrated circuit with all the necessary active functions for a step-down switching regulator. This includes the capability to drive a 3-A load with excellent line and load regulation. It is a highly efficient replacement for traditional linear regulators and offers a compact solution that reduces the size of the heat sink, sometimes eliminating the need for one altogether. With minimal external components required, fault protection, and a fixed-frequency oscillator, the LM2576HVSX-ADJ is designed for simplicity and ease of use in power supply designs.
