ISO7131 features three channels, while ISO7140 and ISO7141 are quad-channel isolators with distinct channel setups. Operating at impressive data rates of up to 50 Mbps with 5-V supplies and 40 Mbps with lower voltage options, these devices also come equipped with integrated filters for enhanced performance in noise-prone environments. The F suffix denotes a default low output state, providing flexibility in usage scenarios
