IRS21864SPBF

The IRS21864SPBF is a high-performance, high-speed, 600V half-bridge insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver IC. It is designed for driving both the high side and low side of the half-bridge configuration with an integrated rail-to-rail output driver capable of sourcing and sinking 2A of peak current.
