BTS660P-E3180A

The BTS660P E3180A is a high-side power switch designed for automotive applications, particularly for driving resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads. It is manufactured by Infineon Technologies and is a part of their ProtecTIER family of intelligent power switches.This power switch has a built-in control logic for over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection. It can handle load currents up to 45A and operating voltages from 12V to 58V. The BTS660P E3180A is also equipped with diagnostic functions, such as status feedback on load current, status indication on open-load and short-circuit conditions, and thermal shutdown.The device is housed in a PG-TO263-7 package, which provides excellent thermal performance for high-power applications. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and features low on-state resistance to minimize power dissipation.
