AT89S51-24PU

The AT89S51-24PU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit microcontroller from the Atmel AT89S series. It is based on the 8051 architecture and operates at a maximum frequency of 24 MHz. This microcontroller has 4KB of flash memory for program storage, 128 bytes of RAM for data storage, and 32 I/O pins for interfacing with external peripherals.The AT89S51-24PU features an 8-bit timer/counters with two 16-bit capture/compare registers, a 16-bit timer/counter with capture and auto-reload mode, and a full-duplex UART for serial communication. It also supports SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) and I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) communication protocols.This microcontroller operates at a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and has 4-level priority interrupt system.
