The NCP4353 and NCP4354 are cutting-edge secondary side SMPS controllers that boast exceptional performance in applications requiring ultra-low no load power consumption. These controllers are equipped with the ability to detect 'no load' conditions and efficiently switch the power supply into a low consumption OFF mode. This innovative feature essentially shuts off the primary side controller, allowing energy to be sourced from the output capacitors, thereby eliminating the power consumption needed to maintain regulation. Furthermore, during OFF mode, the output voltage can be adjusted to a desired level, providing flexibility and customization for different applications
