Overview of L99ASC03G
The L99ASC03G is an AEC-Q100 qualified 5V low-drop voltage regulator with a continuous mode of 200mA. It boasts very low current consumption in standby mode, typically only 15μA. The ST SPI interface allows for control and diagnostics, while the window watchdog and fail-safe functionality provide reliability. With two separate power supply pins, this product also features three half-bridge drivers to control external MOSFETs, which are configurable by SPI. Additionally, it offers full drive of external MOSFETs down to 6V input voltage, with input pins for each gate driver and cross-current protection
