(The Xecor Agreement)
INTRO.
The Registrant (You), will submit a completed registration form (Signed and faxed back or electronically agreed to by checking the "check box" located beside Terms and Conditions) which consist of but not limited to, your acceptance of all the following
Terms of use and Service,
Privacy policies,
Affiliate policies and procedures,
Compensation plans,
Anti spam policy.
Return Policies and Procedures.
All Terms and Policies are subject to updates and changes from time to time, it is your responsibility to review them often to make sure you have all the latest changes. There will be an e-mail reminder sent to all members when changes are made to this agreement, but since you can "opt out" of receiving communication from us or you could fail to view your e-mails, we strongly recommend that you review this agreement as often as you can to make sure you know all current terms and policies.

Fees and Payments
You can see all our fees for the purchase of products and services at our FAQSection. Our terms are set for the purchase of a product which is a 1 time fee and the purchase of the hosting service which includes but not limited to, camera viewing portal, back office portal and advertising website which is going to be a monthly fee. Failure to pay the monthly fee at the due date will automatically suspend your membership, commission dues, access to the viewing portal and advertising website. You will have access to your back office where you will be able to adjust your payment method, you will have 2 weeks to remedy the situation without any penalties; your commissions, if needed will be push to the next month. Failure to make payments after the 2 week grace period is over, will forfeit all your due commissions for the period that you will not pay your monthly fees. You will be however able to re-instate yourself back into the system at a later date no later than 4 weeks after the default payment and then start receiving your due commission from this point on. Failiure to re-instate yourself in the system within the 4 weeks period will terminate your agreement and all your mmbers below you will be lost including all the revenues that they were generating.
Payments method
During your registration, you will be asked your preferred method of payment; this can be change anytime you want by accessing the section "My Account" from the back office system. You agree to have Xecor take the monthly payment automatically every month on the day of your registration from your preferred payment method.
Service Provided by Xecor
You agree and understand that all services provided by Xecor are in no way, shape or form to be interpreted as a security service, we offer a monitoring service to allow you to view remotely the premises where you installed the camera. The motion detection notification is not a security system, it is there as an extra feature for your convenience, but since we are not guaranteeing the system to be up and running 24/7, 365 days a year, due to system maintenances, upgrades and unpredictable down time, we can not assure you will get notify at all time. Also, we do not control, monitor or maintain your internet connectivity, which could cause even more down time that we can not control. Xecor will do all in its power to maintain the systems up at all time, and will notify you ahead of time of any scheduled down time where feasible.
Warranty
Xecor will give a 1 year warrantee period on its products; the warrantee will be governed by the warranty terms. Replacement will be offered during this period, no refunds. You can get a copy of our warranty terms in the document section of the back office system. Failure to follow the warranty procedure may result in decline warranty request.
Test or "Trial" Period.
Xecor will give a 30 days satisfaction guaranteed or money back on its camera system, this guarantee will be governed by the Return Policies and Procedure Terms. Failure to follow the procedure of this policy will void your rights for your money back. there is a "re-stocking" fee of $50 which includes shipping and handling.
Revocation.
You agree that Xecor can terminate your account at any time if you do not comply with any of the terms included in this agreement.
Right of refusal
Xecor in it sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse to sell a system or offer any of its services to particular that Xecor deem not be in its best interest.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be deemed in default hereunder, nor shall it hold the other party responsible for any cessation, interruption or delaying the performance of its obligations hereunder due to Earthquake, fire, flood act of god, etc…
Governing law
You agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey in the United States of America.
Waiver
No Waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be effective unless you receive a signed authorization from an authorized representative of Xecor.

XECOR LLC Products and Services are not available to minors.
DO NOT USE THE XECOR.COM SITE IF YOU ARE A MINOR.
FEES, PAYMENT.
There are three types of fees.
1- a one time fee for the camera system
2- A Monthly fee for the viewing service
3- A Monthly fee for Affiliates who wish to generate more profits (this is not required if you are not interested to become an Affiliate.
You can find all of Xecor fees in the FAQSection of the Xecor Back Office System.
The one time fee for the purchase of the camera system is due and payable in full when ordering the Xecor camera system. It will carry a 30 days money back guarantee(minus a $50.00 "re-stocking" fee which includes shipping and Hadling) as describe in the Return Policies and Procedures Agreement.
The initial monthly fee for the viewing service under the USER status is due and payable in full as soon as the 30 day Trial Period ends and you decide to keep the system. And you will need to pay these fees on a monthly base there after as describe in the Return Policies and Procedures Agreement. Each month the Registrant must pay these fees to be able to view his / her camera(s).
The initial Monthly fee for upgraded Affiliates ( STARTER, DEALER and TEAM LEADER) wishing to generate more profits is due and payable in full when ordering the Xecor camera system or (if you are upgrading from another rank) before the first of the month to be eligible for the higher paying structure and higher bonuses for the following month. Fees are due immediately and are not refundable. Each month the Registrant must pay these fees in full or his Affiliate position, commissions and bonuses will be put on hold for 14 days, after 14 day Xecor will put the account on hold and your commissions and bonuses will be forfeit, You will be able to reinstate into your position within 4 week of the original payment delinquency, after 4 weeks your position will be completely deleted from the system and you account will be closed.
Xecor does not guarantee security of the Registrant viewing website, and Registrant assumes all risk that the password(s) selected by the Registrant may be compromised as a result of fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
1- You agree not to copy, duplicate partially or in a whole any portion of the website, software or products without prior authorization from us.
Acquiring a product and or services from XECOR LLC does not give you any ownership of XECOR LLC

2- You agree to indemnify XECOR LLC and anyone associated with us from any fees and claims you might incur from third parties due or arising out of your use of the products and services provided on the XECOR.COM web site.
3- We do not guarantee continuity of services offered by XECOR LLC, or we may modify or discontinue products and services without any prior notice.
4- We are not responsible for wrong doing from any third party system, product or website that you might get directed to from our website. We do not promote or endorse them in any way, shape or form. They are there for your information and to the best of our knowledge are safe to use.
5- You agree that XECOR LLC shall have no liability to you for any and all loss or damage you may incur resulting from or in connection with, but limited to:
- Your use or inability to use this website or camera system;
- Access delays or access interruptions;
- Act of nature;
- Errors, omissions or misstatements in any and all information or services provided under these “Terms Of Use and Service”;
- Deletion or failure to stored video, programs or other data;
- The development or interruption of your Website and (Camera Viewing interface);
- We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of a third party with whom you enter into an agreement as a result of any promotion, advertisement or sponsorship related to, or in connection with, any service(s) of XECOR LLC.
6- XECOR LLC offers a 30 day money back guaranteed, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full reimbursement of the product cost (minus a $50.00 "re-stocking" fee which includes shipping and handling), you must follow the procedure of (Return Policy Procedure) which can be viewed anytime by accessing the DocumentsSection of the Xecor Back Office system (http://www.xecor.com/Documents). Failure to follow the Return Policy Procedure will result in a decline return and no reimbursement will be issued and the product will be sent back to you.
7- XECOR warrants their products for a one (1) year period. There will be no reimbursement but the product will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you. This warranty is for normal use of the products. The product warranty will be void if XECOR LLC finds foul play, abuse or wrong doing in any shape or form with the product or use of the product. You agree to follow the Return Procedure policies for Under Warranty Products which can be viewed anytime by accessing the DocumentsSection of the Xecor Back Office system (http://www.xecor.com/Documents). We invite you to contact us if you have any questions regarding the return of a product via e-mail at (Return@xecor.com)
8- XECOR LLC makes no warranty that XECOR’s service(s) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or neither error free; nor does XECOR LLC makes any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of XECOR LLC service(s).
9- Understanding that the Internet is a world wide market, You agree to comply with your local rules of “on line” conduct and use of our website, all Xecor LLC advertisement is solely intended for use by people living in the United States. We make no representation that our product or website is appropriate for any other location. It is prohibited to promote directly or indirectly our product or service in Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Iran, Syria, North Korea or any other country that the United States might have an embargo on goods. Or to anyone being on the list of U.S. Treasury Department of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s table of denies order. By ordering our product you certify that you do not reside in any of these countries, and that you are not on any ban list, and that you are not under the control of, or a national or resident of any of these countries. We reserve the right to our sole discretion to limit the right to distribute our products and services where we want too.
10- You agree to use the camera system in an appropriate manner; this includes but no limited to: no pornographic material, no Anti United States Propaganda, no Terrorist Activities and Propaganda. And any type of transmission that (in XECOR LLC view) is deem inappropriate and /or unacceptable, XECOR LLC reserves the right to cancel and terminate your subscription to its services without any notice, you will not be allowed to any reimbursement or explanations from XECOR LLC and the termination will be irreversible and every effort will be made to report or bring the offenders to justice if we see fit to do so.
11- You understand that XECOR LLC is based in the city of (Princeton, New Jersey, USA). All the terms and conditions are base on the laws of New Jersey.
(Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedure)
INTRO.
These policies and procedures form an integral part of the XECOR Agreement. These policies and procedures will get updated and/or change from time to time, it is your responsibility to make sure you are using the most current form which can be viewed anytime by accessing your the DocumentsSection of the Xecor Back Office system (http://www.xecor.com/Documents).
1- Only the Xecor Agreement is consider valid between Xecor LLC and the affiliates, no other promises or offer made by other parties will be consider valid from Xecor LLC.
2- An Affiliate is one who has read and understood the XECOR Agreement, is over the age of majority in his or her state or country of residence, have a valid SSN or tax ID number (for US resident only) and signed the agreement (either electronically or sign and faxed back to Xecor LLC). Xecor LLC reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as an affiliate.
3- Xecor LLC is a direct selling company that markets and distributes a camera system and peripherals devices as options. The products and services will be sold by Xecor affiliates only. Xecor Affiliates are to comply with all the terms and policies of the entire Xecor Agreement, failure to do so will results in an immediate termination on the contract between Xecor LLC and the faulty party. All accumulated commission will be lost.
4- You do not need to sign the affiliate Policies and Procedures (this portion of the agreement) if you do not wish to resell the product or become an affiliate.
5- Once the affiliate has filled up and signed the Xecor Agreement or agreed to it electronically, and the Independent Affiliate Procedures and Policies and it has been accepted by Xecor LLC. The new affiliate will be entitled to all the benefits of the compensation plan offered to all Affiliates. These benefits includes the right to:
- Purchase Xecor Products and services directly from his store area in the back office.
- Promote and market the products and services and profits from these sales.
- Participate in the Xecor Compensation Plan which includes commissions, Bonuses (if eligible) and monthly recurring revenues.
- Sponsor other individuals as affiliates into the Xecor business and thus making revenues from their recurring revenues as well as yours.
- The use of marketing material only found on the Xecor Website and specifically designed to help you promote and advertise your Xecor business.
- The terms of this Agreement is one month after the date of acceptance by Xecor. It will automatically renew every month unless Xecor decide in its own discretion to terminate your account or you fail to make your monthly payment.
6- An Affiliate is an Independent contractor, you do not work for Xecor LLC, you do not purchase a franchise, and you do no own shares of the company. You will not be treated as an employee for your services or for tax purposes. You are responsible to pay your own taxes on the profit made with the sales of Xecor products and services. We do not reimburse any expenses for running your business, each Affiliates is responsible to run their own Xecor business in the most professional and legal manners. You can not hold Xecor LLC responsible for any claims and damages or liabilities arising from the affiliate business practice. Affiliates are not allowed to use the name Xecor or incorporate the name Xecor in their "Username", their business name or bank account. Affiliate can use any method of sales they feel comfortable using as long as they comply with this entire XECOR Agreement and applicable laws.
7- The affiliate, as an independent contractor who will be totally responsible for the way he markets the products, Services, compensation plan and bonuses either verbally or in writing. Affiliates agree to indemnify Xecor LLC of all liabilities and claims as a result of Affiliates unauthorized representation.
8- Affiliates are not allowed to take payments directly from new members. All payments for products and services have to be directed to Xecor LLC. Xecor LLC will not honor products or services not directly paid to Xecor LLC.
9- As an Affiliate, it is your responsibility to help all people that you will sponsor into the Xecor business. Keep ongoing communication to support them and help them grow their business. Xecor LLC supplies many way for you to communicate with your sponsored members via e-mail, instant messenger, personal meeting etc…
10- All affiliates are responsible for paying local, state, and federal taxes due on earning from commissions or any other earnings generated as a seller of Xecor products and services. If a Xecor business is tax exempt, the Federal tax identification number must be provided to Xecor. Every year, Xecor will provide an IRS Form 1099 MISC (Non-employee Compensation) earning statement to each U.S. resident who had earnings of over $600 in the previous calendar year.
11- Advertising
- Xecor Affiliates will agree to promote the Xecor Products, Services, opportunity and compensation plan, in an ethical, non deceptive, misleading or immoral way so to safeguard the reputation of Xecor LLC.
- Xecor affiliates agrees not to make false or fraudulent representation about Xecor, it products or services, the compensation plan or income potential.
- Only material supplied by Xecor LLC or approved by Xecor LLC can be used for advertising, this includes but not limited to, e-mails, flyers, poster, DVD, Business cards.
- Any other methods of advertising must be approved by Xecor LLC prior to any marketing.
12- Trademark, Trade Names, and Copyright
- The names Xecor, Xecorcam, are trademarks of Xecor LLC.
- Except as provided in the Xecor Agreement, the use of Trademarks, Trade Names, logos and Copyright will not be permitted without prior written permission from Xecor LLC.
- All affiliates can list themselves as an “Independent Xecor Affiliates” in the white or Yellow pages under their own name. Affiliates can not use the name Xecor, Xecorcam or any other Xecor trademark names, or to use any deceptive name that would leave the caller to believe that he has reach the corporate office of Xecor LLC.
- All Xecor LLC material may not be reproduced, copied, sold or distributed any other way than specified by Xecor LLC. Unless a written authorization has been given by Xecor LLC.
13- Internet advertising, Xecor will supply a corporate website page where each affiliates can send prospects using their own member’s or affiliate ID can chose from different customable web pages supplied by Xecor LLC. All these pages will give the affiliates a professional presence on the internet. Only these approve web page are to be use to promote Xecor products and services. Any affiliates using the Xecor trademark names and logos on other advertising medium will be subject to termination of the Affiliate agreement and all compensation will be cancelled.
14- The Xecor name can not be used into any type of advertisement other than specify by Xecor LLC. You can not register the Xecor or Xecorcam names or use Xecor or Xecorcam to be part of a website name without prior written permission from Xecor LLC.
15- Trade Show, Affiliates are allowed to display Xecor at trade Shows with a written request made to Xecor at lease 14 days prior to the event. You can send a e-mail request to Tradeshow@xecor.com. Only material supplied by Xecor LLC can be used for display and distribution.
16- Xecor reserves the right to approve or disapprove the affiliates Change of business name or business structure (INC, LLC trust, etc…) If approved, all paperwork must be filled and submitted to Xecor prior to the change taking effect.
17- Each affiliate shall comply with all country, state and local laws governing the sales of Xecor products and services.
18- Xecor affiliates are allowed to participate in other multilevel business outside of Xecor, but they can not market their other businesses to the Xecor members at any time.
19- Xecor affiliates may not advertise, promote or sale any other product or service that is similar to Xecor products or Services.
20- Xecor affiliates agree not to advertise, promote or sale the Xecor products or services in conjunction with any other product, service or business opportunity, in any way that would confuse the customer as to what they are getting from Xecor LLC.
21- Because of the sensitive nature of the information supplied to you regarding your members, Xecor business news and new and future product release, each Xecor affiliates agrees that all the information supplied in his back office in strictly confidential and can not be distributed, copied or sold at any time.
22- Vendor Confidentiality, Xecor affiliates shall not try to get in contact directly or indirectly with any representatives of suppliers or manufacturers of Xecor products or services. Violation of the regulation will results in immediate termination and possible claim for damages if association with vendor or manufacturer is compromise.
23- Upon death or incapacity of the affiliate, his or her rights to the affiliates shall pass to the succession providing they supply the following. Agree and Sign the full agreement, meet all the qualifications. All payments will be made to the replacement via checks and sent to their address, until they change their method of payments.
- Transfer upon death. The successor must provide death certificate, notarize copy of the will and a signed XECOR Agreement
- Transfer upon Incapability. The successor must provide a notarized copy of the appointment as trustee, a notarized copy of the rights to administer the Xecor business and a signed XECOR Agreement
24- A Xecor affiliates may not re-sell his system or affiliate position or Xecor business to anyone without prior notification to Xecor LLC, Transfer can only be done at the end of the year (December) with a 30 days notice (beginning of November). The buyer must read and sign the XECOR Agreement in full, be eligible to be an affiliate as per this agreement. You can send a written request at Transfer@xecor.com
25- The separation of the affiliate position is not an option, if because of personal or business reason you need to separate the revenues of your Xecor business, it will be up to you to create an equal partnership, trust or other means to separate the fund send to you from Xecor LLC.
26- Xecor LLC reserves the right to change or terminate any rules, regulation, terms, conditions, commission plan, products and services. Xecor LLC will notify all affiliates by posting it on the back office and sending an e-mail to all the affiliates at lease 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
27- Partnership, Limited Liability Company or Corporation may become affiliates, however it is the responsibility of the person that will sign the agreement that all members of his or her organization conform with the entire Xecor Agreement.
28- Each affiliate is solely responsible for anyone using his or her business links, if someone in your family or close friend miss represents Xecor using your code, you will face disciplinary action and termination might results of it.
29- Upon termination, the affiliates will have no right, title, claim or interest on the sales organization which he or she operated. Or any commission or bonus from the sales generated by the organization. In the event of termination, the affiliate agree to waive all rights they may have, including but not limited to property rights, to their former sales organization and to any bonuses, commissions or other remuneration derived from the sales and other activities of his or her former sales organization. After termination, any former affiliate shall not represent Xecor in any way, shape or form. Affiliates will get notify via mail at the last known address and via the last known e-mail from Xecor LLC.
30- Affiliates who have been terminated will be awarded their commission and Monthly recurring revenues for the last active month prior to termination.
31- Involuntary termination, if you feel that an error has been made in your termination case, you will have 15 days to contact Xecor by e-mail and explain your case. Xecor makes no promises that this will change the status of the termination process. You can contact Xecor via e-mail at termination@xecor.com within 15 days after your termination.
32- You as an affiliate can terminate the agreement by contacting Xecor LLC via e-mail requesting a cancellation. You can contact Xecor LLC via e-mail at cancelation@xecor.comrequesting your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that must be answered. Or you can decide not to pay your monthly fees, Xecor will send you an e-mail of decline payment and will try again 15 days after the first declined payment occurred, if declined again, your affiliate account will be terminated. You will however still be able to re-activate your camera by re-joining at a later date.
33- Removed.
34- As an affiliate, you have the right to sponsor others, in addition, every person that joins can chose their own sponsor, if two affiliate claims to be the sponsor of the same new affiliate, Xecor LLC shall regard the first application received by the new affiliate as the controlling one.
35- The Xecor LLC Compensation plan, affiliate will receive commissions and monthly recurring revenues of the sales they make of Xecor products and services, to be eligible for Bonuses, they will need to meet the requirements set, have their fees paid on time and each affiliates will be required to send a picture of him or her self with a small testimony to be eligible for bonus pay out.
36- Affiliate may elect to receive standard commission payment by PayPal or checks.
- Payments by PayPal, if you elect to get paid by PayPal, you will have to chose the minimum payment sent, $10, $50 or $100 there will be a $3.00 processing fee on any amount up to $99.99, after $100 there will be a 3% processing fee. If you do not reach your minimum payment at the end of the month, your commission will be pushed to the next month and so on until you reach your minimum payment set.
- Payment by checks, if you elect to get paid by checks, you will have to chose the minimum payment sent $10, $50, $100 or $250, you will have a $3.00 processing fee for any checks made below $100.00, and no processing fees above $100.00. If you do not reach your minimum payment at the end of the month, your commission will be pushed to the next month and so on until you reach your minimum payment set. Checks must be deposited within 6 months from the date of issuance; there will be a $20.00 fee to re-issue a check after the 6 months period.
37- When ever the terms "downline" or "your downline" is mentioned, it refers to your personal downline tree, limited to the amount of levels that your rank allows, this could be (depending on your rank) 1, 2, 5 or 7 levels below you and not to infinity. Please look at our RANK DETAILS tab at the top of our website for more information.
38- A Xecor affiliate can not use income report, income projections or income representation to entice new prospect to join their Xecor business. Xecor supply a calculator that every new prospect can use to see the potential of this business opportunity at a “DEALER LEVEL” using their own assumptions, this should be more than enough to prove the income potential of this business.
39- Marketing material or templates will be supplied by Xecor LLC, no other material can be used without a written permission from Xecor LLC.
40- Telemarketing is prohibited; the act of soliciting people by “cold call” or using a calling service to promote your Xecor business will not be tolerated. You can and we encourage you to contact prospect that have entered their contact information to receive more information about this business, but remember to contact them only at the time they have specified and at the number that they have specified.
41- Unsolicited fax, you can not fax any material containing advertisement or Xecor related material to any person that has not requested the material prior from you sending it.
42- Unsolicited e-mails, Xecor LLC does not permit affiliates to send unsolicited commercial e-mails containing advertisement or Xecor related material unless it comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any e-mail sent by Xecor affiliates that promotes Xecor, Xecor opportunity, Xecor products, Xecor Services must comply with the following:
- Have a valid return address.
- Include the affiliate physical address.
- You must clearly state that this is an advertisement or solicitation.
- No deceptive subject line or false information will be tolerated.
- The e-mail must comply with the anti spam laws
- You need a remove from list link
- Comply with the Can Spam act.
43- Xecor has an “Share Feature” that you can use to send invitation e-mail to people you know, all you need to do is enter their first name, last name and e-mail address, a pre-written e-mail will be sent on your behalf and it complies with all the laws and regulations. But we insiste that you contact the person prior to send the e-mail out, if we get any complaints from recipients that the e-mail was sent out without their concent, it will be deemed SPAM and you Affiliate position will be terminated.
44- Any press inquiries have to be referred to Xecor LLC directly; this is to make sure of the accuracy and consistency of Xecor’s public image.
45- Xecor LLC to it sole discretion can overlook certain regulations, rules, terms on certain occasions, but this will not constitute a change in the terms of the XECOR Agreement.
46- Arbitration, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this XECOR Agreement shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Affiliates waive all rights to trial by jury or to any court.
47- The Governing laws of New Jersey shall prevail.
48- An Affiliate member becomes an "Active" member once the 30 days trial period is over and he/she decides to keep the camera system and that the member has is current with his/her monthly fees. "Active" members can only be members that have purchased a camera system and selected an Affiliate Rank. "Free members" can not have a Status of Active until they purchase a camera system and selects a Affiliate Rank of either USER, STARTER, DEALER or TEAM LEADER.
49- Delays or service interruption, Xecor LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance of its obligations when performance is made commercially impracticable due to circumstance beyond its reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, labor difficulties, riot, war, fire, death, curtailment of party’s source of supply, or government decrees or orders.
50- This agreement needs to be signed and faxed back to Xecor LLC. Or electronically agreed to. Remember to often get the latest update of the entire Xecor Agreement in the Document Section of the Xecor Back Office at (http://www.xecor.com/Documents).

INTRO.
The Xecor Compensation Plan gives you unlimited earning potential, by earning Commissions on direct sales and earning Monthly Recurring Revenues from all your members up to 7 levels down depending on your Rank, the Xecor compensation plan allows you (the affiliate) the fastest way to get wealthy at a minimal starting cost.
The Xecor Compensation plan is very unique, it allows you to grow your business before paying out huge monthly fees, and this allows you to make profits at an early stage in your business creation. The Xecor compensation plan is created with 4 Affiliate Ranks, each designed to help you maximize your revenues before moving on to the next one.
The Compensation Plan is subject to updates and changes from time to time, it is your responsibility to review it often to make sure you have all the latest changes.

The four Ranks and associated fees are as follow.
USER ($9.00 per month)
STARTER ($25.00 per month)
DEALER ($50.00 per month)
TEAM LEADER ($200.00 per month)
The monthly cost for each Rank includes your monthly monitoring fees.
You will be able to upgrade to a higher Rank and profit from the higher payout structure at anytime without penalties or extra upgrade cost. The upgrade needs to be made and paid for before the first of the month for the new payout, bonus and levels to take effect, if you upgrade on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of a specific month, you will have to wait until the next month to be eligible to the new and higher paying structure. (Remember, You should upgrade just before your monthly fees are due, to make sure your new rank is taken into effect, or else you might have to wait for the next billing cycle)
The following chart describes all the Payouts form all the Brackets at all the levels.
It describes the monthly recurring revenues you will be eligible to, and at the bottom, the commissions and bonuses each Ranks offers per camera system sold. Remember, there are no limits on bonuses, every two camera system you sell in a single month will generate you a bonus, sell 4 get 2 bonuses, sell 20 get 10 bonuses, etc…

When you sell a camera system, you have automatically sponsored a new affiliate, he or she will be place in your first level, the choice to promote the product is theirs and if they do want to promote it and make revenues, they will need to sign or agree electronically to the affiliate Policies and Procedure Agreement.
The smallest commission payout is set a $10.00. You can change you “Payout” minimum or the type of “Payout” in the My Account - Financial Details Section of the Xecor Back Office
All payout must reach the minimum before they can be sent out, in the event that the commissions do not exceed the minimum payout, they will be added on the next month commissions and so on until the minimum has been reach for a payout.
Accumulations of your revenues are calculated from the first of the month to the last day of the month. Once you have reached your minimum payout, your payment will be completed and executed within the next 10 days. You may have to wait a little longer for checks if you are not from the United States of Americas for delivery time.
Note for the USER Rank.
Because this is the only Rank designed mainly for Users’ more than business entrepreneurs.
If you purchase a camera system and sign up as a USER, you will be billed for the camera at the moment of purchase, but the monthly monitoring fees will only apply at the end of the TRIAL period, but for as long as you are in the trial period, you will not be eligible to commission, bonuses or Recurring revenues.
Note for STARTER, DEALER and TEAM LEADER Ranks.
Because these ranks are designed mainly for business entrepreneurs.
If you purchase a camera system and sign up as a STARTER, DEALER or TEAM LEADER, you will be billed for the camera system and your first month of fees for the Rank you signed up under instantly; this will allow you to start promoting the system immediately and start making profits right away, you will be still eligible for the 30 days money back guarantee for the camera but the your monthly fees will not be refundable.
The bonus offered on this Agreement are part of the “PAY OUT” structure, there are other bonuses that will be availlable in the future to affiliate members, these other bonuses might change from time to time or may be a one time offer, weekly offer or yearly offer. All Bonuses will be announced in the Xecor Back Office.

(Warranty and Trial Period)
INTRO.
The Registrant (You), need to follow these Return Policies and Procedures to avoid any refusal of Return or repair.
Xecor LLC offers a 1 year warrantee on the camera system from the day of purchase and a 30 days money back guaranty (minus a $50.00 re-stocking fee that will include shipping).
You will not be billed your monthly fees as a USER until the 30 day Trial Period is over.
If you elect to become a (STARTER, DEALER or TEAM LEADER) when you purchase your camera system, your monthly fees are billed at the moment of the purchase of the camera system and are not refundable. This will allow you to begin making money the minute you register and make your payment.
There are three (3) conditions for sending back the camera system:
1- You do not want to keep the camera system and want your money back within the trial period. (minus $50.00 re-stocking fee)
2- The camera is defective within the firs 30 days. (Camera is replaced)
3- The camera is defective within the first year. (Camera will be sent for repairs)
NOTE:
KEEP YOUR PACKAGING INTACT IF YOU WANT TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN AND WARRANTEE.
All return have to be made with the original packaging, no exceptions.

- You must send us an e-mail at (return@xecor.com) explaining why you are returning the camera within the 30 days Trial Period.
- You will receive an e-mail response back from Xecor LLC confirming the receipt of your return; keep this e-mail for your records.
- The camera must be in pristine condition, any visible damage to the camera will void the Return policy.
- All packaging must be kept intact and in one piece.
- Re-pack the camera in the original packaging.
- A return Address is provided inside the box for your convenience.
- Use any shipping method to send us the camera, we recommend one with a tracking service to guarantee a safe delivery to us. Xecor LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Policies and Procedures for returning a camera system within the 15 Day Trial Period because the camera is defective out of the box.
- We do everything in our power to make sure that every camera system that leaves our office is in perfect working condition, but in the event that your camera is defective and want to return it for a new one.
- You must send us an e-mail at (return@xecor.com) giving us a quick description of the problem.
- Our team of expert will assess your problem and if needed your camera will be replaced at no cost to you.
- You will receive an e-mail response back from Xecor LLC confirming the receipt of your warranty return; this e-mail will contain all the information necessary to send us back the camera at no cost to you. Also keep this e-mail for your records.
- The camera must be in pristine condition, any visible damage to the camera will void the Warranty Return policy.
- All packaging must be kept intact and in one piece.
- Re-pack the camera in the original packaging.
- Once you have shipped the camera back, send us an e-mail with the tracking number and a new camera will be sent to you immediately, if not, we will ship your new camera once we have received yours.
