PURCHASING

How much does a camera system cost?                                     BACK TO TOP

The camera system cost $199.00 + shipping & handling (USD)
and there is a minimal fee of $9.00 per month for remotely accessing
the camera viewing and recording website.

Currently Tax + Shipping and Handling are free for a limited time.

 

How much does it cost to become an Affiliate?                          BACK TO TOP

To become an Affiliate it costs $10/Month

What form of payment can I use?

We only use PayPal at this time, if you are not a PayPal member, you
can easily open an account during registration using a credit card.

 

Do you offer any other products?                                                BACK TO TOP

Yes, there are several other products that compliment our camera system,
more products and services will be added on a regular base. All these other
products will help you generate more revenues. Go to your back office
“store” often to see all the latest products.

 

Can I change my billing plan type?                                             BACK TO TOP

Yes, go to the “Profile” section of your back office. Under “Payment Method”
just change to the new method you wish to use. Changes will take effect at
your next billing cycle.
Notes: At this time we only offer PayPal, more options coming soon. 

Do I need to purchase all the options at the sign up or
can I purchase them later?

What is an Affiliate?                                                                     BACK TO TOP

An Affiliate is one who makes money reselling our product(s) and
Service(s). Click on the "Comp Plan"
tab at the top of our website to get all the details.

What is a Sponsor?                                                                      BACK TO TOP

A Sponsor is the Affiliate that you have or will be signing under also
known as "Upline"

 

Can I get help from my Sponsor?                                               BACK TO TOP

It is the role of every Affiliate to help the members below them to prosper.
It is in their best interest to support you as much as they can, understand
that some of them are new at this as well but we are sure that if they do
not have the answer, they will be able to get it for you.

 

What tools are supplied to help me sell the Xecor Products
and Services?

You will find all the tools in the “Promotional tools” section of your back
office. We keep on adding new tools on a constant base, visit this
section often to make sure you get all the new tools to help you maximize
your advertisement campaign. Some of the tools includes (but not limited to)

- an e-mail Invite System
- Promotional video links
- Business card template ready for you to print (coming soon)

I do not wish to “re-sell” the camera system; can I still
purchase a camera system?

Yes, you do not need to sell anything or to become an Affiliate if you do
not wish to. Just purchase the camera system and any option you would
like.

 

Is there a way to see who is under me and how much
money I am making?

Yes, go to the “DOWNLINE” area of your back office, there you will see
every member under you, at all levels (up to 5 level down) and how much
monthly recurring revenues each of them is providing you and also your
monthly total earning. You can also go to the "EARNING INFO" section
of your back office, this will tell you exactly your revenues including sales
commissions, Monthly bonuses and monthly recurring revenues.

 

Do I need to sign any papers as an Affiliate?                              BACK TO TOP

No, first you need to agree electronically to all the terms and conditions
that are part of the Xecor Agreement. Then, to be eligible to bonuses you
will ne to supply us a small testimony and a picture of you. You can find all
the requirements in the “documents section” of your back office.

 

How does the “SHARE” section work?                                         BACK TO TOP

The "SHARE" section is a quick way to send a customized e-mail to people you
know about the Xecor business, products and services, all you need to enter
is the name of the recipient, and their e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent
by Xecor on your behalf inviting them to come and see the presentation video.
These prospects should have been contacted by you prior to us sending them
the e-mail, we will not tolerate any SPAM using the invite system. You are limited to send a maximum of 100 e-mail per day.

 

What are an “Upline” and a “Downline”?                                    BACK TO TOP

The “Upline” are the people above you (your Sponsor), a Downline is all
the members below you in your tree, up to five levels down.

 

How do I earn Sales Commissions and
Recurring Revenues?

You will earn Sales Commissions on every Xecor product you will sell
personally and you will earn sales commissions from every Affiliates below
you (down five levels) if you qualify; you will earn Monthly Recurring
Revenues on all active camera system User in your tree below you (up
to 5 levels down if you qualify) Click on the Comp Plan tab at the top of
our website for more information.

 

When are the commissions paid out to me?                                BACK TO TOP

All sales Commissions, Monthly recurring Revenues and bonuses are
added up on the first of each month for the total of the prior month.
The total of your revenues for the previous month will be displayed in
the (Earning Info) area of your back office brfore the 2nd of each month.
Payments will be sent out between the 5th and 10th of the month.


Do I have different method of receiving my
commission payment?

At this time, we only offer payments through PayPal.
there is a 4% administration fee on all payments that you wil receive. 

Where can I change how commissions are paid to me ?           BACK TO TOP

In the “My Account” section of the Xecor Back office system, under
"Financial Setting", select the new method you would like to use.
Note: At this moment we only accept PayPal.

What happens to unpaid commissions if I
deactivate my account?
                                                               BACK TO TOP

Commissions will be loss, once you cancel, you will get an e-mail reminder
telling you that you have unpaid commissions and that deactivating your
account will forfeit them. you will have 2 week re-activate your account
without loosing your commisisons.

 

What is the difference between “Sales Commissions” and
”Recurring Revenues”?

Sales commissions are commissions you get every time you or one
of your affiliates in your tree (up to five levels down, if you qualify) sell a
Xecor product, it is a one time payout for every product sold.
Recurring Revenues are commissions that you get every month
from every active member below you (down to 5 levels if you qualify).

 

Can I track my progress of member enrollment and
commissions?

YES, In the “Earning Reports” section of the Xecor back office, you
will be able to see graph showing you progress of sales, commissions,
per month, this is a great tool to help you see results as your business
grows.

 

Can I communicate with members below me?                            BACK TO TOP

Yes, in the section “Communications” of the Xecor back office, this is where
you can send a message to all the members below you or you can select
one specific person you want to contact.

 

 

Can I use my camera to make live presentation?                       BACK TO TOP

Yes, actually it is one of the best way to show how easy it is to install
and if you are doing a live presentation at someone else house, it will
have an even bigger impact since they will really see how easy it is to
install anywhere and not just in your house.

 

Can I become an Affiliate without purchasing a camera?          BACK TO TOP

Yes, simply register as an Affiliate and pay the $10 Affiliate monthly fee.

 

Can I run other on-line businesses while promoting Xecor?      BACK TO TOP

Yes, we do not have any restriction on you being involved with other
businesses.

 

Can I cancel my membership and still be able to view
my camera?                                               
                                   BACK TO TOP

No, unfortunately, the way the camera system is designed to allow
the easy (PLUG & PLAY) installation, the camera must run through
our servers and you need your membership to be active to be able
to access it.

What is the “Sales Page” builder?                                              BACK TO TOP

The “Sales Page” Builder lets you customize the look of your sales
page, the page where you will send your prospects, because of the
nature of our product, people will have different need to advertise,
some might want to promote the business opportunity while others
will focus more on the product, and at the same time, this is the way
you can separate yourself from the pack. Too often we have seen
opportunities promoted by thousands of people all using the same
sales page, at one point this saturates the market and the page loses
its appeal.

 

 How many “Sales Page” can I have simultaneously?               BACK TO TOP

At the present time, only one, but we are working on allowing you to have
up to 25 so you will be able to make different campaign and track their
results to see what page works best.

 

Can I make changes to my “Sales Page” at any time?               BACK TO TOP

Yes, any time and as many time you want.

 

When will my changes take effect?                                             BACK TO TOP

Instantly, once you save your changes the page will be converted.

 

Can I write my own text on the “sales Page”?                           BACK TO TOP

No, since the page are on our server and we are responsible for everything
on these pages, we can not allow you to write your own text, but we will give
you many option, you will how ever be able to upload your picture and add
you contact information if desired. In the near future, you will be able to send
us your text for revision, and if it is accepted, you will be able to use it on
your sales Page.

 

How do I import my picture onto the “Sales Page”?                  BACK TO TOP

In the “Sales Page” builder section of the Xecor back office, you will see an
option titled “Import Picture” just click on it and follow the directions.

 

 

 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

How do I make changes to my contact information?                  BACK TO TOP

Go to the “My Account” section of the Xecor back office, you will see all
your personal information, you will see a little note pad with a pencil,
click on it and this will allow you to make all the changes that you want.

 

How do I change my password?                                                  BACK TO TOP

In the “My Account” section of the Xecor back office, you will see a sub section
called “Change My Password” click on it, and this will bring you to the page
where you can change your password.

 

Where can I update my payment information?                          BACK TO TOP

In the “My Account” section of the Xecor back office, you will see a sub section
called “Financial Setting” click on it, and this will bring you to the page
where you will be able to change your payment information

 

Where can I change my commission payment
information?

In the “My Account” section of the Xecorback office, you will see a sub section
called “Financial Setting” click on it, and this will bring you to the page
where you will be able to change your Commissions Payment information

 

How long does it take for the changes to take effect?               BACK TO TOP 

Changes made in the “Account Information” section take effect
immediately. The commission payout and Payment Information will
take effect for the next billing cycle.

 

 

CANCELLING

Can I cancel Xecor Periodical e-mail?                                        BACK TO TOP 

Yes, in the “My Account” section of the Xecor back office you will
see a check box with the text beside it (Subscribe for e-mail news
From Xecor) by default, this box is check, just uncheck it.

 

How can I cancel my account in full?                                            BACK TO TOP 

You can either send us an e-mail requesting a termination of contract or you
can forfeit your payment and your account will be closed.

 

Will you refund my latest monthly fees if I cancel?                    BACK TO TOP

No, Monthly fees are not refundable. You need to cancel before the
next month cycle.

In the “CONTACT US” section of the Xecor back office, you will have our support
e-mail address, just send in your request and someone will be in touch with
you shortly.

 

 

CAMERA SYSTEM

Where can I install the camera?                                                 BACK TO TOP

Anywhere you like (inside a residence or office) we recommend a
central position to cover the maximum area, if you are going to use
the “E-mail Alert” feature we recommend that you install the camera
that cover the main entrance for better performance. The camera also
comes with a ceiling bracket if needed.

 

What do I need to connect my camera?                                     BACK TO TOP

All you need is a spare port on your router, DSL or Cable Modem,
this is the same type of port where you connect your computer for
accessing the internet. And a power outlet to power the camera,
no matter where you are in the world, our transformer will work.

 

Do I need to do any setup or programming to get my
camera to work?                                                
                         BACK TO TOP

No, nothing, just plug the Ethernet and power cable, and the system
will send you an e-mail within a few minutes letting you know you
camera is ready to be viewed on your personal password protected
viewing website.

 

I don’t want to run cables all over my house. Do you
have a solution?

Yes, we have a special transmitter that uses your house electrical wiring
to transmit the video back to the router, all you need is an outlet at the
camera location and an outlet at the router (DSL or Cable Modem). These
devices are more reliable and more secure than standard WiFi and a lot
easier to install. You will find them on our store page.

 

Can I move my camera once it has been installed?                   BACK TO TOP

Yes, this is the beauty of the automatic setup, no matter where you go,
in another room, or in another country, all you need is a high speed
internet connection (that has no firewall restriction) and you are ready
to go. Move the camera as often as you like, no problem.

 

How can I view my camera?                                                       BACK TO TOP

You need to go to your personal viewing website, which should be something
like this www.myxecam.com/YOURCODE then enter your username and password.

Or you can access it from your back office at www.xecor.com , just login and then
click on the camera icon and a viewer will appear.

 

I tried to view my camera from my work office and can’t
connect to it, why?

Work office network and internet access is controlled by the IT
department of the work place; they can block any website at any
time. Your personal viewing website is just like a regular website
where you could get useful work information for your work. You
should not have any problem to connect to the camera from work,
but if you do, you will need to ask your IT department to unblock
your viewing website, by experience, they will review your website
link, and once they see that it is harmless they will unblock it.

 

The camera colors go away at night, is this normal?                  BACK TO TOP

Yes, the camera switches from color during the day to B/W at
night to get a better night vision and to be able to use the Infrared
illuminators. the color CCD chip can not see Infrared light, just like
your eye, but a B/W image can see very well. but you might still see
some color if you have a little ambient light that is not IR...

 

Can I connect more than one camera at a time?                         BACK TO TOP

Yes, but we do not recommend more than 2 camera for two reasons:
1- it will slow down you internet access
2- you will have to pay for two remote connection every month,
Shortly we will have a "Quad" alowing you to view 4 camera simultanously.

 

What is the “e-mail alert”?                                                          BACK TO TOP

The “e-mail alert” is an e-mail that is sent to you after the camera has
been armed and motion was detected by the camera, the system will
send you an e-mail with a picture at the moment the motion was detected,
and the video recorded will be saved for you to view at your earliest
convenience.

 

Can I record my camera?                                                            BACK TO TOP

Yes, actually, your camera is recorded on our server, different package of
recording are offered depending on your needs. The basic package offers
24 hours of recording at a maximum rate of 18 FPS.

 

The image of my camera is upside down, is this normal?          BACK TO TOP

Yes, since the camera can be mounted on a desk or the ceiling, you will
need to "Flip" the image, this is accomplish by simply pressing a button.
On your viewing website, you should see a button with arrows up
and down, click on it, this will switch the image back to the right
side up.

 

Is the video transmission secure over the internet?                  BACK TO TOP

Yes, we use the same SSL encryption that is used for money
transaction, if you keep your password to your self, you will have
no problem, but we do recommend that you install the camera in
a location that would not capture you in an awkward position, just
in case you forgot that you gave the password to your friends
and in laws…

 

Can I change the password of my viewing website?                  BACK TO TOP

Yes, on your viewing website, once you are logged in, you will
see a change password button.

What is SPAM policy?                                                                  BACK TO TOP 

Our SPAM Policy dictate what is tolerated by law and by us as far as soliciting
people to promote our business, we will observe a ZERO Tolerance policy…
Make sure you go over the entire policy to make sure you do not make any
costly mistake… all our policies, terms and procedures can be found in the
document section of the Xecor back office.
